Sharing Screens
Being in the software business, one of the features we love about Skype is that
we can share our live computer screens with our customers! So if you're having trouble
learning how to do something we can walk you through the process. You can also use
Skype to show us what's happening on your screen so we can understand your situation
even better.
Instant Messaging
Skype provides a reliable instant messaging service that allows our customers to
contact us even for the small questions. We have Skype open almost every day and
often respond to customers just as quickly.
Video Calling
Sometimes you really need to talk face-to-face to work something out. If that's
you, we can set something up! Sometimes this can be especially useful when we're
in different countries.
