Instruction for Starting Remote Session

  1. Contact:  Contact us and tell us what’s happening and what you need help with.
  2. Download:  Click here or on the blue TeamViewer button to the right (6.8 MB).  Click [Run] to run the support client.  Click [OK], [Accept], or [Next] if prompted.
  3. Your ID:  Tell Ape Software your 9-digit ID and password.
