You don’t need to struggle in silence!  Let us help you understand or solve Ape Software technical issues with desktop support.  Here’s what to do next:

1. Contact:  Contact us and tell us what’s happening and what you need help with.
2. Download:  Click here to download and install the Yuuguu remote support client (12.1 MB).  Click [OK], [Accept], or [Next] if prompted.
3. Username & Password:  When the Yuuguu client starts, enter the username and password provided to you by Ape Software.
4. Sign in Details:  DO NOT click 'Remember sign in details'.
5. Accept Screen Share:  For support situations, we will ask to see your screen.  Click the [Accept] button.
