With Calibration Control Version 5, you're the one that chooses the best way to
store and share your data! You can use MS Access®, your own MS SQL Server®, or
the desktop version of MS SQL Server® (MSDE®).
Calibration Control Version 5 is an intuitive database program that organizes
calibration data for gages and other test equipment. Calibration Control can be
used to manage a company's calibration system including internal as well as
external periodic inspections and calibrations.
Print your data by due dates, locations, inspection procedures, equipment
descriptions, and even frequency. The Tool Browse
gives you the ability to filter and sort by any field displayed as well as
print the results. See preview screens below or download
a fully operational version.
When designing this version we didn't forget what made all the past versions so
popular for more than a decade . . . SIMPLICITY!!!

The Tool Browse screen is used to display any
sub set of records from any of the tables of information (tools, departments,
calibration companies, users, etc.).
|
Use the Filter Options area to filter the
equipment browse results. Filter with different operators (i.e., = , >,
<, and partials) and on multiple fields exactly the result you want.
|
|
|
|
The Edit Equipment dialog is where the data for
the individual tools (i.e., gages and other test equipment) is edited. This is
where most of the work is done.
|
Use the Edit Measurements screen to record
or edit the results of an inspection or calibration. This dialog is accessible
through the Edit Equipment dialog for each
gage/test equipment.
|
|
|
All of the Standard Reports are printed
from this screen. Additional filters can be added to display only the records
you want and in the order you want.

If you know how to use a web browse, you can easily navigate through the
