Introduction Section
This manual describes the Quality Control System employed at YCNH to assure
compliance with MIL-I-45208A (1) "Inspection System Requirements." This manual
applies to the quality system and materials received by YCNH as well as to
articles produced by YCNH or its suppliers for end use in most Governmental,
but especially in military and/or aerospace products. This manual provides
employees and customers of YCNH with a description of company policy for
maintaining an effective and economical Quality Control System planned and
developed in conjunction with MIL-I-45208A (1).
Written procedures for implementing the policies described herein shall be
established as dictated by complexity of the product design, manufacturing
techniques employed, and customer requirements.
No changes in the manual or supplementary Quality Control Procedures are valid
until approved by the Plant Manager or his assignee.

The Quality Control System encompasses receipt of parts and material,
identification, stocking and issue of parts and material, the entire process of
fabrication and manufacturing, packaging, storage and shipping.
The system is designed to assure that supplies or services performed at YCNH or
at YCNH supplier facilities are subject to adequate control of quality to
ensure customer satisfaction. This system is designed to provide for early
detection of discrepancies and positive corrective action.
Written inspection and test procedures are prepared to supplement applicable
drawings and other specifications.
