This procedure establishes the guidelines for requesting correction of actual or perceived matters that affect YCNH's product, facilities and/or suppliers. This procedure also describes the holds pertaining to Quality Assurance and Engineering.
Prompt action shall be taken to change conditions that could result in unsafe situations, regulatory discrepancies, or customer dissatisfaction. Prompt action shall always be taken to correct these and other non-conformities following their detection. Corrective action to prevent recurrence shall also be taken. Quality Assurance shall control the issuance and review of CAR's.
