Purpose Section

The purpose of this document is to provide for the safe handling of all material supplied by the customer for the purpose of integration into YCNH product that will fulfill a customer order.

Another Sample Section (Inspection and Testing)

Upon receipt, the material will be visually inspected for shipping damage and conformance to Customer supplied documentation, if available. When specified, further inspection will be performed and documented per normal Receiving Inspection procedures. A lot tag will be affixed to each item. If the shelf life is specified, and the material will degrade during storage, a shelf life tag will also be affixed.
