Purpose Section

The purpose of this procedure is to identify YCNH's programs that may generate preventive action.

Another Sample Section (Initiating a Preventive Action)

Anyone identifying a potential problem should contact a Corrective Action Coordinator to initiate the preventive action process. The Corrective Action Coordinator may discuss possible implementation steps with the initiator. If approved a preventive action can then be initiated.
