This procedure establishes the method utilized to control the procurement of components, material, processes, and services used for YCNH products.

Another Sample Section

The control of purchased materials, processes and services is necessary to assure they meet YCNH requirements. These requirements are specified on the drawings, referenced specifications, and purchase orders. All controlled material will be procured to a YCNH part/drawing number. Assurance of requirements is obtained through one or more of the following:

• Receiving Inspection
• Source Inspection
• Use of Qualified Suppliers as identified on the Approved Supplier List
