Instructions for Starting Remote Session
- Contact: Contact us and describe what’s happening and what you need help with.
- Download: Click here or on the TeamViewer graphic to the right (18.2 MB). Click [Run] to run the support client. Click [OK], [Accept], or [Next] if prompted.
- Your ID & Password: Once TeamViewer is ready, tell us your 9-digit ID and password and we'll get connected.
Full Version of TeamViewer
If you prefer, you can download the full version from the TeamViewer website for free.
Other Screen Sharing Software
If you prefer using a different screen sharing software, just let us know! We can set up a Zoom meeting room for a remote support session. Or, feel free to send us a meeting invitation for your preferred screen share method, (e.g. MS Teams, WebEx, Go2Meeting, etc).
